iLISTEN 1.6.6 RELEASED

Just before the holidays we released iListen 1.6.6 to address a couple 
of issues some people were having with the software, most notably that 
a small portion of our users had trouble using our new registration 
system after upgrading to 1.6.6. If you have version 1.5.2 or later, 
the upgrade to 1.6.6 is free and can be downloaded from our either our 
main web site (www.macspeech.com) or our support web site 
(http://macspeech.crmhelp.net/?_a=downloads). If you have a version 
prior to 1.5.2, an upgrade is only $39.95 - but we have an even better 
deal for you (see below).

WINTER SALE

GREAT DEAL#1 - Now is a great time to upgrade, since we have a limited 
number of CDs left over from Macworld. These CDs contain a full 
installer for iListen 1.6.6 as well as 10 ScriptPaks: MouseAnywhere, 
iChat, iCal, iDVD, iMovie, iPhoto, iTunes, GarageBand, Mail, and 
Safari. Normally, all these would sell for over $149, but we are making 
them available on a CD, with the full installer of iListen 1.6.6 for

"Getting Started with iListen" has been a great success since we 
introduced it just before Christmas. Speech recognition expert Dan 
Newman takes you through the steps of installing iListen and getting 
the best use from it. At Macworld, many users asked us if the iListen 
is so hard to learn that it requires video training. The answer is no! 
iListen is very intuitive to learn, but some people are "visual 
learners" and benefit from seeing it in action, as opposed to reading 
about it in the User's Guide. We are very fortunate that Dan, who is 
best known for his video training for Dragon Naturally Speaking, chose 
to work with us on this project. You can download a sample video at

NEW WORD 2004 SCRIPTPAK RELEASED

It's finally here! The much-anticipated update to our Word X ScriptPak. 
This new ScriptPak was written from the ground up especially for the 
2004 version of Microsoft Word and contains almost 400 commands (which 
is almost twice as many as the ScriptPak for Word X). The ScriptPak for
